Owner came to my home for initial consultation but then I never saw or spoke to him again.

The work was rushed and they didn't do a good job.  They didn't do any sanding of shutters or the front door (didn't prime either) and we had chips and bubbles in the paint within a week.

I am not even sure they put a second coat on the house.

Scheduled the painter to come back and fix the problems but he didn't come the day he was supposed to.  Apparently there was "personal issues" to take care of.  In my opinion, send someone else then. 

Also, it said in the contract they would use Ben Moore paint, but they used cheap Home Depot paint.  Oh yeah, and they left one of the cans open in my back yard and it got rained on.  So that can is now spoiled.

The carpenter pretty much came when he wanted to and then he did a very rudimentary job of fixing things. 

OYE!  Never again.

If you want to pay a higher price for poor quality of work these are the guys to use. They do not cover anything, tape or clean up after themselves. They will make sure to paint everything but the walls, ceiling or trim. You have to explain yourself multiple times and it still gets done wrong. Nothing was patched or sanded properly. They also purchased wrong colors of paint even after they were given the brand, name of color as well as the color number. It was tough explaining what we wanted done to the painters since the crews that showed up barely spoke english. As stated earlier, they did not cover anything including the hardwood floors which became covered in paint. When this was brought to the painters attention, their excuse was that the hardwood floors were going to be refinished and it did not matter. My girlfriend and I were appalled by this and expressed our concerns. The painter actually quit the job halfway through and a new crew had to be brought in. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and the money. If I wanted work like this, I would have just done it myself.

It was not a good experience.  They didn't follow the lead regulations for the sanding and cleanup.  They had to come out 4 times to fix all the problems and properly paint the trim.  They sub contracted the work and the crew that came out did not speak English so we couldn't really communicate.

The prep work and power wash was not done properly. It resulted in poor finish in some area after painting was completed. The person who worked didn't care to wipe the doors before painting it! He went ahead and started painting which I didn't like. So basically I had to almost monitor the whole work myself all the time. I wish the workers had better skill in the surface preparation step. But the company was very prompt with customer service.

I've been happy with them for all the services they've provided for me.  I've been happy with quality, professionalism, and cost.  I would recommend for exterior and interior painting.

Not very well

They did a great job, were thorough and did things they didn't have to do that wasn't in the contract. I would highly recommend them.

The paint that was put on the shutters and doors was a high gloss and didn't dry properly.  They agreed to come back in which they did just recently and they used the same paint.  They agreed to re-paint the door because it was sticking and tacky and the paint still didn't dry.  The paint they used was California paint and it was my choice of color.  They said the paint couldn't be matched by Benjamin Moore, but I found that there was a match.  The exterior portion of the house in terms of the painting done is fine.
