This company was here when they said they would be and did what they said they would do. I have no negatives towards them. He is great! He was able to get things done for me in good order. He tries to be very efficient. He is quite punctual and reliable. He strives to give you a fair price and goes over different options so that you are not stuck with the most expensive option. He also knows where to get materials and doesn't look to get some sort of kick-back from it. Bottom line, he is very conscientious of your needs and tries hard to meet them in every aspect. He works hard to live by this.

VERY ADAPTABLE, PRICE IS PER HOUR. GOOD EXPERIENCE. CLEAN UP COULD BE A TAD BETTER, BUT WILL USE AGAIN.

HE DIDN'T LIKE COMING TO LITTLE CANADA OR THE WHOLE NORTHSIDE. HE REPLACED THE LIGHT BULB BUT SCREWED IT IN TOO TIGHT. SO WHEN I REMOVED THE GLOBE THE LIGHT BULB GLASS PART FELL INTO THE GLOBE BUT THE METAL PART THAT SCREWS INTO THE FIXTURE WAS STILL ATTACHED. THEN HE REPLACED A KIT IN THE TOILET TANK AND AFTER THAT IT STARTED LEAKING AND NOW IT IS LEAKING INTO MY DEN BELOW. HE DIDN'T HONOR THE CERTIFICATE AT FACE VALUE. HE REQUIRED TO COME OUT FOR MORE HOURS WHEREAS YOU NORMALLY CALL IN FOR ONE OF KLBB RADIO'S DEALS IN THAT YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE WITH A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF HOURS AND HE INSISTED ON MORE HOURS.

I NEVER HEARD FROM THE MEMBER ABOUT ANYTHING AS I WOULD HAVE CALLED ME IF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME. ALSO, THE CERTIFICATE TO WHICH SHE SPEAKS ALLOWS FOR ONE HOUR OF WORK DONE.
