Jarrin Brothers are amazing! There were fairly serious issues in the open floor plan area of the house which made the hardwood floor installation very challenging. Jarrin Brothers devised a creative solution that worked beautifully. The entire experience from the first meeting through completion of the work was fantastic -- quick response, upbeat and professional attitude and, most importantly, stunning work. Very well. The estimator inspected and quoted the job, they then waited for me to do some prep-work before they could actually start to work. As soon as I gave the go ahead we agreed on a work date. They arrived at eight AM and were done with the entire 270 square feet by five PM, cleaned up, remove all scrap material and left. Very pleased

The Jarrin brothers perform excellent work. They provide all services necessary to perform a comprehensive renovation and recommend high quality products. The pay great attention to detail. Their prices are very reasonable. They are flexible and accommodating when they encounter challenges. They are dependable and work extremely hard, rarely taking breaks. During the 6 weeks in which they performed our renovation, we only once saw them pause for lunch.

Everything came out better then expected, we couldn’t be happier with the results. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I would recommend them to anybody who asks.

Gustavo was very responsive and professional through the entire process, from the initial estimate to the end of the project. He was very quick to address any concerns we had. The work was done quickly and the price was great. He texted photos of the progress which was great to see. We can't believe how long we let these hardwood floor hide underneath old carpet. Gustavo and his team really uncovered and restored a hidden gem. We highly recommend him for any flooring project!

I originally hired Jarrin Brothers to fix some plumbing leaks and install recessed lighting and do some other small repairs. They did a great job for a reasonable price and were very professional and friendly. I then asked them about remodeling our kitchen, including opening up a wall between the kitchen and dining room, and refinishing our hardwood floors. They gave me a quote which I know from experience was a good price. As the work went on I asked them to do additional work like painting the dining room and replacing the baseboards. They were always very accommodating and agreeable and all of the work came out beautifully. My kitchen came out even better than I hoped. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely hire them again.

The nicest men Gustavo and his helper arrived and moved all furniture to garage for storage....and not a single breakage or scratch. They then spent the next 3 days refinishing and sealing the hardwoods which turned out beautifully. Then all furniture was replaced perfectly....and (having lived through this experience before and gagging on dust for years) I was amazed at how little dust there was to be cleaned up. I would hire these gentlemen to work for me again and highly recommend their work.

Gustavo and his brother were great. They came out to give me a quote and handed me the quote on the spot after walking through the spaces. They arrived on Wednesday morning and we were able to come home on Friday evening - only 3 days! If you get headaches easily, I would recommend staying away for another day though. The floors look BEAUTIFUL. We never expected that they would be able to sand out the water stains. We never expected that they would be able to fill in the holes or the skinny piece completely. But everything was done flawlessly! It almost looks like they took out our old damaged floors and re-installed new floors! We have 3 dogs and although it has only been 2 weeks, they still look as great as Day 1. I'm in shock with how incredible the floors look, and have been FaceTimeing my friends/family to show them the incredible improvement. What I appreciated the most was their customer service; they were kind, informative, and not pushy. I had spoken to other flooring companies and they were a) priced significantly higher than Jarrin Brothers, b) very pushy about adding additional coats of poly, c) unable to complete the job in a short span due to juggling of multiple jobs, d) belittling of other companies in a disrespectful manner, or e) unwilling to budge on their recommendations. Gustavo made his suggestions, never disparaged other companies when I made comparisons, and was willing to work with my ideas instead of forcing his suggestions. Gustavo was also very responsive via Angie's List messenger and text, at all hours - I even texted him at 10pm the night before, nervous about the space, and he responded immediately with advice. We will definitely call Jarrin Brothers for our next hardwood floor project!

I would definitely hire Jarrin Brothers again. I had a very tight timeline for the work to be done and they made it happen. They also worked efficiently once here so the project was finished in half the time I had originally expected. The new fixtures look great and work as they should!

It went well but they never filled in the nail holes OR took the trash from the house... I just wish it was communicated prior to the job. We talked about it and he explained it but after everything was finished. Also, one floor board in our hallway was a LITTLE sharp somehow and I almost got a splinter while my socks were on... I'll fix it with a little light sanding. Overall they did well. I would probably hire them again if I needed.

Mediocre. Let's say it didn't start of great when he showed up late for appointment but, gave them the benefit of the doubt because the price was great. I guess you get what you pay for. The communication was poor. They cut a plumbing pipe to get cabinets out of the kitchen and never paid for repairs and I found out after the fact. The quality of the work is done well but the shine of the floor has dulled out since July. I believe the poly was not done correctly. I had to replace shoe moldings in 2 rooms. For new homeowners, ensure you know which rooms do or don't have show moldings before these guys start. Oh and last but not least make sure you check under all appliances or surfaces for missed spots. Because if you don't ask they won't tell you. Good luck out there new home owners!

Not good. Sloppy work. Got stain on all the trim. Didn't sand evenly. Didn't stained in the corners. Had to fix it ourselves. Damaged cabinets. Didn't clean up after themselves.

On time for their quote, flexible, reasonable and willing with their pricing.  BEYOND hardworking and deadline oriented- they understand and accommodate urgency.  Finished a huge job over a weekend!  The quality of their work is at the same high bar as the rest of my experience with them. 

Jarrin Brothers have become my GO TO guys.  I will use them in my other homes and they will be the company I recommend to everyone who asks!

They are handymen too!!  Looking forward to working with them again!

They finished ahead of schedule - they rushed to fit me in because I was moving and they wanted to make sure the floors had ample time to dry.

The brothers, Gus and Fausto, were professional, efficient, careful and did a quality job.  No mess. No fuss.

Gustavo and Fausto were great, very pleasant to work with.  They came out in advance to do a detailed estimate and came back once to provide a stain sample for the floor so we could approve it before starting work.  They were very punctual and great about texting me if they were held up in traffic or needed to provide an update on status.  They also wound up doing a little additional work for us, including finishing and sealing the wood top on our kitchen island and finishing both sets of stairway bannisters.  We are very happy with how the floors turned out and would not hesitate to call them again.
