Flash Roofing was the first company to respond to my request and gave me a quote on site. In my experience Flash roofing are honest, reliable, and fair. Flash Roofing is a small family business from Bridgeport. Their employees are family. They are all personally invested in and rely on the success of this company. They did everything they claimed they would do. They did not leave until every detail was taken care of. They were meticulous in making sure the flashing around my 1940's chimney and my flat roof dormer would not leak for many decades. They made sure that everything was cleaned up and that I was satisfied with their work before they left; and called a couple days later to follow up. The internet indicated that there was price was high. I learned the hard way that the internet has not kept up with the rapid inflation we are experiencing. I used Angie, and Google to find 5 other quotes. What a nightmare! Angie seems to have shared my information and I was flooded with phone calls, emails and texts. I received quotes double that of Flash Roofing. One contractor that told me a price less than Flash's, in line with the out of date price range I found on the internet. When I read the contract, I discovered that contractor was counting on me not reading the proposed contract as it required two payments of that quoted price. Flash Roofing are Fair, Fast and Friendly. The fact that family and members rely on this company for their livelihood seems to make quality and customer satisfaction imperative. I wish that I had just hired them in the first place.

I have a lot of appreciation for these guys. They were fast and cleaned up. The house looks fantastic.

As with most contractors, they arrived a bit late both days. But they did uncover an additional hidden problem and completed the work in a timely manner at very fair pricing.

Luis was extremely responsive I called him on Christmas morning to leave a message and he called me back in less than five min. and scheduled an appointment.
