Murphy, also uses "First Heating" as co. name, and also has Westport address. ac initially worked well. then upstairs systems had failure after two years. we had maintenance agreement which was not executed without repeated calls. finally he admitted that upstairs system was improperly installed. eventually, he refused to respond to any calls. my attorney said there was a 6 year statute of limitations on faulty installations. he stalled just long enough to escape it. humidifier also has problems with leaks unrepaired after several attempts by this contractor to correct. also out of warranty. i hereby cancel my previous review. William Murphy has become a fly by night.
Description of Work: installed 2 ac systems & duct. also humidifier system in 2007.
