I had a bad experience with this company. They installed the air conditioning unit and soon after it had a leak. They came by to inspect it but did not take the responsibility. Instead,they recommended somebody to do the ceiling work and what's worst is they refused to pay for the repairs. Larry Meyers was supposed to speak to his boss and get back to me but it never happened. What hit me the worst and made me feel like a fool was when I called them six times and even emailed them but they never got back to me. We have been their customer for 25 years and every year we pay a service maintenance of $200. If they have offered to pay at least half of it then it would have been better. My husband told me that it's a done deal with them and we will never use them again.

I thought that their service was OK; there wasn't anything too great or really bad about them. They did show up on time when they said they would and they do come out to check the ac units every year to make sure they are running properly.
