.Generally very good.  Always comes as promised.  Very quick to respond to extra requests.  Very professional.  Not sure what we've actually spent with Chad's as it has added up as we've asked for extra things over the years.  I especially like that they come as promised every week.

Went great!

We needed to install 3 very large trees up a steep wet hill. The backyard gave him some challenges but he said it would work and it did as planned.  The trees were excellent quality that were far better and much cheaper than the local nurseries I went to. The service was more expensive but the total cost was less costly with less costly trees. Most places I went to could not even provide the size of trees I was looking for..  Their cleanliness was exceptional  Not only did they clean up from a very difficult situation, they also repaired damages caused by workers who had removed trees a couple of week ago. Overall I would rate working with them as exceptional.  

They've always been good. I did have one problem with them, which never was resolved. And that's the did a landscape design and planting. It was actually the second landscape design that they had done for us. And a couple of the plants didn't survive, and they have a policy that they'll replace the plants if they die within two years. And I could never get them back out here to look at my plants, to replace them. Then when they showed up, when I was at work, he didn't call or say he was coming, he came around 6:00 and I wasn't here and my husband didn't know which plants and that was the end of it. So, that was disappointing, but all the other things they've done, the plantings they did the previous year and that year, their design was great. It's just that one problem, but it doesn't stop me from using them for the deep root feeding. They're professional. They come, they do a good job when they're here, that kind of thing. They're not inexpensive. The first year they did the planting, my husband works for a company that we can get the plants at wholesale and they planted our plants, which a lot of places won't do. I would work with them again, but I would get my plants elsewhere, since they didn't replace the plants that was theirs, as per their guarantee.

They came within a few hours to get us out of here. It was great. For the past two years they have been highly reliable as a weekly lawn service provider.

The experience went reasonably well. He didn’t do quite as much as I hoped he would, and he charged me more than I hoped he would, but I have no significant complaints.

Chad's has been great about clearing snow promptly from our drive over the last two winters.  They also mow our yard weekly in the summer and remove leaves in the fall.

After joining Angieslist I contacted several landscaping companies for an estimate and to learn more what I should expect from their services. I was going to go with another landscaper until I met Chad of Chad's Landscaping. Chad spent the time I needed to answer all my many questions. He was completely knowledgeable and offered just the right suggestions. I never felt pushed or confused and was especially happy to see his passion for his work and his company. I worked with one of his designers named Ted on a landscape plan for the front of my property in which I needed it to be not only "beautiful" but easy to deal with. They came to do the work on August 11th which was a special gift as it was also my birthday! The crew was great! Friendly, careful, thorough, and efficient. It was also obvious to me that they truly liked working for Chad and working with Ted which made me feel all the more happy with my decision. When all the work was complete I felt a combination of a burden lifted from my shoulders and though a bit corny as if somewhat of a dream had come true. My yard looked amazing! Healthy, colorful and complimenting my home. My friends, family and neighbors have commented on the special design and the great quality of the work. I believe I will be recommending Chad for years to come feeling confident in his company and his word. A last fun bit of info: Chad had overheard it was my birthday and when I paid him for his services he gave me a receipt along with a Birthday card and 2 movies Tickets. In this day and age to have great service and "the extra mile" is so rare that I simply cannot say enough. A+A+A+ all the way!!!!!

Chad's Landscaping & Design is very dependable to come every week. I don't even have to call them. I have had them do landscaping in the past and they do an excellent job of that, too. The guys who come have always been very polite and professional. I pay them weekly.
