Was very responsive to my inquiries. He came by when I requested. Gave me a fair quote. I’m very happy with the reseeding of my lawn. He also came by to check on the results after the grass started growing in. I would definitely recommend him to others because he delivered what he said he would. And also explained how to care for the lawn to get the best results from the reseeding.

Over the past 40 years I have hired many landscaping companies for my home. I have very high standards and the only company in all those years who consistently provides excellent service is Carranza I&E. Emi is reliable, punctual, an attentive listener, meticulous in his work, extremely hard working, ambitious and takes tremendous pride in his work. This company is excellent and Emi is a gem. Carlos came right away gave me a fair estimate, even made a sketch of how my acoustic ceiling would look. So, I gave them the job. We had a lot of scheduling revisions...due to me. But he kept in constant contact to make sure the job would be completed.
