As usual, Jason did a terrific job; he's personable, dependable, on time, clearly explains what needs to be done, and above all knows what he's doing and does the work at a fair price. He's done more elaborate jobs for us in the past (replaced the hot water heater on an urgent basis) with equally good results - we can't say enough good things about Jason and Call the Plumber...you can't go wrong!

After an unsuccessful week of asking friends for a plumber referral, I looked online and found Jason of Call the Plumber through the Better Business Bureau. I emailed a request for an estimate late Saturday afternoon and received an immediate response. Two emails later and an appointment was made for the removal and installation of a kitchen faucet first thing the following morning. This was Sunday of a holiday weekend, by the way. Jason arrived at the arranged time and the job was completed quickly. Jason was professional and personable. I would not hesitate to use his company again or refer him to friends.
