+ -1 moreIt went fine. Most of their products seemed cheaply made but this was an exception. I think it is because they didn't make it.

+ -1 moreI purchased a recliner from this store which they said would ship in september they even scheduled the delivery and called me twice. I called to confirm that the delivery was going to happen and they said they called me a bunch of times to reschedule delivery. This never happened they had my cell #, work #, and home # but never called then gave me an attitude when i asked when it would ship. They said maybe in another 30 days...maybe... The people who handled this order just didnt care about my business and my order, then gave me a problem when i tried to cancel and requested a refund of the already charged credit card.I will never ever purchase anything from this store and/or company again....

+ -1 moreBob's has good discounts on furniture but their sales approach really did not appeal to me. I felt like the sales people were kind of down my throat because ether are paid on commission. I didn't like the feeling I got and I really may not buy from them because of the attitude and sales approach they use and put out there.
Description of Work: I went to Bobs because I was looking at a furniture set for my 3000 square foot home. I did locate many pieces of furniture that I liked at reasonable costs but the sales team did not impress me. Therefore, when I do buy my furniture I am thinking I probably will not buy it from them.

+ -1 moreI was not called to advise me when this $2.00 part would be in I called the store Farming-dale New York store They told me the part would not be in until JULY 2007. That is 4 months I would have to wait for a part that should have been in stock. I will never buy a thing from this store chain again
Description of Work: I purchased a bedroom set on March 12 It was delivered one week later The next day I found that one of my nightstand drawers did not close flush to the unit (the draw stuck out about 1 inch and would not close completely I called repair service to fix this problem it took two weeks for them to come. He finally came but did not fix it he said he needs to order a part (something that they should carry in their repair truck
