"We sold the residential portion of our business to Hometown Waste in July of 2015. All of our customers were notified by mail of the sale. Hopefully the individual will realize this and remove the review, as it does not pertain to our company."
They are prompt, courteous, and professional. We will definitely be using them sometime next spring.
Where we live is a gated community - higher end homes. The company driver has the code to our gate and lets himself in each week to our association. Our association captured video of him SPEEDING recklessly through our association and when I called to mention this to the owner at Waste Tech, I was blown off. I was told that their drivers are all safety trained and don't do that. He just tried defending his team and not with one apology to me. I cancelled our service then and their!
Kids play outside. What if they hit one of them with their truck????
"I believe you have the wrong company. We do not service any gated neighborhoods/communities that require us to enter codes to get in. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at 203-481-8324. Thank you."
