+ -1 moreTerribly! I ended up in small claims court suing them for my ruined carpet and their shoddy service, unfortunately I lost the case but will get the word out not to use them. Not a trustworthy company.
Description of Work: After Hurricane Irene hit last year lost my electricity and sump pump and sustained significant water damage to lower level finished basement carpeting. Called Servpro of North Haven CT on advice of insurance company. They came out in a timely fashion on a Sunday, put down several fans to dry out carpet and left them there, said they would return the following Tues. to follow up, no one ever did...I had to constantly move the fans around to try to save the carpet for several days. Called them and they didn't return my calls. Bottom line is they charged me $1100.00 for fans they never moved around, did not follow up with returning calls, I left numerous messages with managers that weren't returned, and lost the carpet anyway. They are Scam Artists who take advantage of people in adverse circumstances. DON'T use them!!!!
