We had a gentle man and he removed our old basement door next door, installed the hardware, fitted, primed, and finished the coats of the door. He also removed the bathroom door at one our apartment, installed a new one, fitted, prepped and finished the coats of the door. I was going to write the review on him. He is very good, precise and very knowledgeable. He is more than a handyman, it’s a construction company, I’m sure with the replacement of the basement door, we had to get new locks put in to the door but I went out to another company and purchased the locks. And he put them in but in terms of ordering the doors, preparing them and getting them to fit right. He took care of all that. To make the job relatively easy, my girlfriend assisted him in getting the doors in place and the whole thing took probably about half a day. Neither one of us had a pension, so we decided about 15 years ago that we would invest in these properties. That’s our pension and we together own these properties. We’ve live in a two hundred year old house so, in order to survive we have to constantly keep working on doing things. As soon as you finish one job, another job is waiting for you in the wing. Finally we go through the whole house and we got to start all over again. I would recommend him to anybody that needed work. He can do larger jobs aswell and he has a vast number of people he knows that he can call by if he needed a plumber or electrician for a job. Like right now he’s working on remodeling somebody’s kitchen, so I would definitely give him a big heads up for the job does. Their price is very fair. The quality of his work is excellent. We told him what we wanted and he ordered the doors, he called us back and told us how much they’ll cost. We sent him a cheque for the doors; it had to be special ordered, as soon as the doors came in, he called us back a week later, and then we made arrangements for a day to have them come in and install them. I would use them in the future. I cannot say that he does painting exteriors; I probably would have to call him and ask. But I can be sure if he doesn’t do it himself he’s in touch with people who do that for a living. I’m sure that anyone that he would recommend would probably be very good because he has his standards. It’s very difficult to find people today who are attentive to their profession. There are lots of people who come along today and they don’t know which end is up.
