From the very beginning of the planning process to the finishing touches, Josh and his amazing team went above and beyond expectations to make sure that our second-level full dormer, including adding a bathroom and working with a wonky roofline, was perfectly built. Josh is a local contractor in the Hamden/Branford area, doing this work all his life. Josh was super thorough, clear, and upfront about the process. Their prices also put a bigger company to shame when quoting the job. When the permits cleared, their crew was promptly on time every day, through sun, wind, rain. I kid you not - they were better to getting to work than I was! Josh's crew, Carl, Will, and Tee are amazing people who were respectful of our home and I consider family now.
