They were supposed to lay down a very small area of plain lenolium.  Took over a month to get the order without any updates about what was going on.  Floor torn out.  Then left like that for two weeks. then two days to install linoleum. Then discovered they had cut the linoleum badly in the middle of the floor so there is a big jagged seem which will end up tripping people getting dirty etc... Then noticed they charged my card before I could complain about the shoddy job.  Dont go there is my advice.

Leigh was extremely professional in every way. He's work was the best I've ever seen. |We used Joe's for the carpet. We had Masland put in the bedrooms. It is beautiful and durable. Joe deals with his customers personally, and keeps his staff up to date on projects, so the company is really responsive. He is up to date on the materials that are coming out, and can really help advise clients on what materials suit needs well. The suggestions are not just based on trying to make the most expensive sale, but what works for one's needs, budget and the requisites of the site. He spend a lot of time talking things out with me, and also helped me make adjustments according to the sub-floor that I had.
The estimate was broken down well, so I could decide if I didn't need any particular services. Line items besides materials and labor included furniture moving, power stretch, new baseboards and styles of thresholds.
Particularly, he was very flexible dealing with material decisions. I had the advantage of being away, and had the condo management let him in. EVERYTHING was done, and done neatly and professionally. If I had more floors to do I would go back to him. He was personable, flexible and kept in touch with me during all phases of the project, even sending me pics so I could follow along.
I felt good about supporting a small business in my neighborhood. He's also a great reference for other trades as well.

They did a beautiful job and did it really fast. I have been using them for four years. I would continue to use them. They have consistently done a good job and they have consistently done the kind of job that we needed.

The first quote came in higher than I wanted to pay. Joe worked with me to get the job done within my budget and kept in touch with me throughout the installation. The installers were extremely hard working fellows and did a beautiful job.

It was a job that I wanted done in a hurry. I also wanted it done beautifully and extensively. They did a great job. They were there with samples the next day and the day after that they actually did the installation. They did an absolutely beautiful job. They've been very fast and very professional. They leave the place immaculate. I've used them for three times now and I've been completely satisfied with the work that they did. They're great and you'll love them. They'll do a good job for you. They actually got there sooner than I had expected to do the job which was great. I really enjoyed their services. I was absolutely delighted with their services. I will use their services again in the future.

I was very satisfied with the result. A little bit of the process wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped. Overall, it was a good experience. As far as the carpeting went, it was great. With the hardwood flooring, it was great when it was finished. The difficulty was that the flooring crew didn't speak English. The person who had quoted the job wasn't there to oversee it. The guys did a fine job, but there was difficulty with communication. I understand that you get labor where you get labor. When all was said and done, we were happy with the work.
