If I could post negative stars, I would. I deeply regret choosing Atlas fence for my $16,000 pool fence. The pool company, which was great to work with, recommended Atlas. That is the only reason we chose them. Unfortunately the pool company did not help us with our fence problems despite recommending Atlas. Atlas provided temporary fencing while the landscapers did their work, but when it came time to put up the real fence, they dropped off several bent and broken fence pieces. They did NOT replace them! They just deducted a few hundred dollars and made our fence shorter! The three male installers that they sent in July 2018 were total losers. We have a zip line, and they were using it without asking, like children. This one guy worked shirtless, and believe me, it wasn't a treat. He also had the "plumbers crack" showing, with the low shorts showing underwear, "gangsta" style. They smoked all the time, which might be okay except that they left at least 30 cigarette butts a day in my lawn for me to pick up. They repeatedly filled MY garbage can with the fence wrapping and my recycling bin, when you can't even send that stuff to the recycling plant. I asked them to take it out and the "gangsta" guy gave me attitude. My neighbors complained about the loud music they were blasting. When I called to complain, two managers at Atlas didn't even know the name of the guy who was working shirtless and giving me attitude. Really?!? You send someone you don't even know to work at my home, with me and my children here alone? Awesome. I suppose there are no background checks, especially when you don't even know the names of your installers. Then when they "finished," parts of the fence were literally 8 inches from the ground. Pool code is 2 inches. At least half the fence was too high and we failed inspection with the town. Atlas never came back and lowered the fence. They coerced our very kind landscaping company to come back and do a bunch of ground work to raise the yard, which is NOT the right approach. Imagine little hills around your property just to meet code, concealed by mulch, etc. If anyone gets in and drowns, guess who will be liable? ME. We are stuck with bent fence pieces, gates that don't self-close, and a terrible looking fence (like steps!) that was poorly installed by criminals. I'm sure they know who I am from this review, so I will let them know that I have cameras all over, so if your criminal installers try to seek retribution for me posting a truthful bad review to try to save other naive homeowners from this stress and waste of money, we will record you and press charges.

The initial salesperson was prompt and professional.  He answered all our questions and concerns, especially in view of this being a custom fence.  He sent us a quote within a day.  Anthony and Nate arrived this past Thursday and Friday, they were on time, professional, and courteous.  They had not built a fence like this previously and they took their time and it came out perfect!  Their work was excellent!  They cleaned up our yard and there was minimal disturbance of the existing plants on the fence line.  I would highly recommend Atlas.  The fence looks beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

My 7 year old yorkiepoo and I had just been attacked in my back yard by a neighbors pit bull that broke through my 6 foot stockade fencing. I met with Jon a representative from Atlas who was very professional and concerned. When the team (later to find out were subcontractors) started the job they initially put the fence in backwards. I only had two requests, one that my mom's roses were not damaged and that the fence butted up against an existing chain link fence (for security). My mom's roses were not damaged but the fence does not meet the chain link fence in the back and the post are split. Their solution was to nail up an extra board to close the spacing issue. After so many phone calls I can't remember and broken promises to correct the problem, here I am, their bill has been paid and I am left with access to my neighbors yard. After being physically and emotionally damaged from the attack I feel I was taken advantage by Atlas and will be taking further action to correct this issue. Update 7/30/14 after discussing litigation the manager was at my door within 48 hours. The work to correct the issues was scheduled for 7/30/14. Two men from Atlas (not sub contractors) Jessie and Dennis showed up on time and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and very knowable. One by one they went down the list correcting all my issues. Their work was impeccable. If they had done the job from the beginning I would recommend this company to everyone. I really thought they were an honorable company.

Very responsive and flexible. We changed our layout and design several times before deciding. Came out a second time to remeasure the yard for us after we made changes. Also came out and walked the property with the installer to make sure it was where we wanted it. The installer was professional and polite.

Ken Dippold came and gave me an estimate. He was prompt and very personable. The two men who installed the fencing were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. They had to dig up an existing cement post and did not charge extra for this even though it had to be done with a jackhammer.
I had a concern about a small spot on the fence and Ken Dippold came today to check it out, which was nothing to be concerned about.
