My husband, Richard, and I have nothing but praise for Mike, Ralph, and the entire crew from American Heating & Cooling 
Up front, they provided three different proposals, giving us time and information to make an informed choice.
  
Once we decided, they gave us a clear timetable, and they accomplished everything they promised at the promised time.
If you look at the details in the box above ("What did the provider do?") you will realize that this was a huge job.  They removed an ancient and inefficient heating system and installed an ultra modern, energy-efficient heating/hot water system that will serve us for many years to come.      
They were absolutely prompt and professional in everything they did, including removal of the old furnace and hot water heater and removal of significant amount of old piping and wiring.
Finally, they cleaned up after their work and left our basement spotless.
Again, we have nothing but praise for an outstanding job.

They were unable to diagnose a problem with our heating system and refused to come backour home,breaching the contract. We had to contact the BBB and the Attorney General to file complaints against them. They are rude and unprofessional and no one should ever hire them. We have filed with the Department of Consumer Protection and have found out the are not licensed. He  was denied one in March of 1999 and has worked without one since. He company has also not been in good standing with the state since 2007.
