The job was complete in one day and their service agreement was a deal. 2 years included in the price.
Very please and reccomend to all!
Family owned local business that sells you want YOU need, not what they want you to have.
I would never work with this company again and I would warn anyone in the strongest terms to find any other company out there to work with.
The issues we had -
1. We purchased a very efficient 16 Seer outdoor AC unit. They installed a less efficient 14 Seer AC unit without letting us know. (We only found out when the government refused our energy star tax credit, and when they were told about the issue they were more surprised that the government refused our credit than that they installed the wrong unit.)
2. We purchased a system with a nice fully graphical thermostat. They installed a cheap non-graphical thermostat and claimed that there were no nice graphical ones that would work with our system. (When they were caught because of the AC issue above they managed to 'find' a thermostat that was a nice graphical unit and installed it.)
3. The humidifier we paid extra to have installed in the system was not connected. (When we purchased a thermometer with a humidity detector in it and noticed it was too low they came out to fix the issue.)
4. While fixing #3 above they connected the humidifier up incorrectly so it worked, but only while the AC was running. (They were called again.)
5. While fixing #4 above they got it working but never checked the humidifier drain hose so it froze solid and the humidifier overflowed water into the basement.
6. The AC unit stopped functioning completely and it turned out something had been wired incorrectly so the entire wiring part of the outdoor AC unit burnt to a crisp.
7. The building inspector came out and inspected the system (at our request because even though it's in the contract, Air Inc never had them come out to inspect the system.) and found several issues with the system that were not up to code.
8. When the tank ran out of oil the system could not be restarted even when the tank was filled because the system did not have enough height difference for a gravity feed system to work.
Good price, good product, lousy service.
