Given the age of the drier, John honestly recommended living with the one heat setting (which we've been doing for a few years but as long as he was here for washer.........) the cost of a new thermostat a third of the cost of a new drier.
Everything was smooth and easy from scheduling, staying in touch to paying. John is a one man shop, he does the work so there is no concern about a could care less helper showing up!!
