 + -1 moreiInitially, the salesperson was not as knowledgable or professional enough to make me comfortable. After a month of failing to find another acceptable alternative--and remembering reading positive reviews--one of the company leaders reached out, explained that they had dropped their recently hired salesperson, and asked if they could give me another proposal. I was far more impressed, and every interaction from there on was smooth. We've run the system for four years now w/o difficulty, and have been delighted to reduce our use of heating oil through this and some other means. Installation was neat, with installers who were friendly and committed to their work.
