Larry showed up on time and inspected and test ran the washing machine. He determined that the bearing was worn. At that point because of the age of the appliance it was not worth repairing.

Larry was prompt and straightforward with my dishwasher repair and was a pleasure to deal with.

Larry answered my initial inquiry with Angi within minutes with a call. He was able to come to the house to work on my dishwasher the same day. A part needed to be ordered; and when it arrived, he immediately called and we set the second appointment. He was on time for both appointments and kept in communication with me during the process. His work was very good and besides the good work, his personality was delightful. I would hire him again.

Heaven great advice about replacing the appliances rather than taking on the cost of repair and eventually in the near future having to replace them.

Amazingly I typed in a request on a Saturday night, expecting (at best) to hear from this repairman on Monday. Instead Larry called me the same night! And offered to assess my clothes washer the next morning between 10:00 and 12:00! The next day Larry called me when he was on his way, arrived within his window, and was very friendly and entertaining. Most importantly Larry seemed very familiar with how to diagnose my problem—his many years of experience shows! Even though Larry had to give me bad news (the replacement part would cost more than a new clothes washer), he made the whole experience so pleasant and explained the problem so well that my husband and I could accept his assessment with confidence. Larry also gave us some tips on the type of new washer and features he thought we should look for, etc. Larry clearly deserves 5 stars!

This gentleman is from the old school his prices are very reasonable he called me and told me he would be at my house within an hour which he was I can't say enough positive things about him he got the job done at a very reasonable price and he made my day I was dreading the fact that I needed to fix my dryer but once he showed up all that dread disappeared and he took care of it from start to finish he's a very honest man and I would suggest him to anyone needing appliance repair I will not hesitate to pass his name on to anyone who approaches me that might need an appliance repair and not only did he show up he had the part in his van to fix the dryer I thank him because I had nowhere to go and I am not an appliance repair person he definitely deserves five star if there were 10again thank you very much I'm so glad I was able to hire you and meet you part of the repair was not just getting my dryer repaired but dealing with this gentleman it was an honor meeting him thank you
