Job was completed as promised and on budget. During the initial excavation phase, the excavator hit my septic leaching fields. The exact location of my leaching fields were not known beforehand. To be clear, this was entirely my fault, and NOT Pre-Built's. To their credit, Pre-Built stood by patiently while I proceeded to obtain my local approvals to reposition my septic system so that the garage could be placed in the exact location that I desired. Anthony diligently communicated with me during the delay, and once I was able to resolve the septic problem, Pre-Built promptly completed the job as promised, and without any increase in cost or fees as a result of the septic problem.

Great garage for a great price! Don't expect them to finish when they say they will, or to let you know what particular day they might be coming with any degree of certainty, but if you go into it expecting that and don't let it bother you too much, you'll get a great garage for a great price. They were very fair and honest with us otherwise. I recommend them.

Terrific experience from beginning to end!  EVERYTHING was done to perfection, all permits pulled, exceptional attention to detail exhibited by all craftsmen from foundation digging, foundation pouring to carpentry, roofing, building & siding.  Amazing daily "clean-up" & debris removal, totally disciplined workmen....neat, polite & tolerant of weird neighbors :), plus adoring "dog lovers"!  Workmen arrived EARLY and stayed late, worked steady & efficient but most importantly, accurately & constantly checking adherence to details!  This was not a rushed process & other individuals on our property for other projects raved about the quality workmanship!  (Gotta admit that the unsolicited evaluations other members of the building field sure made us feel SMART in having Pre-Bilt do the job!)

    From beginning to end, every interaction was positive!  and we even received a great referral to a local electrician!  Thank you Lydia, Tony & James....& all the hard workers on-site, even in that heat!

Anthony was very helpful in obtaining the building permit and was responsive to changes we wanted to make to the plans. Things went quickly until winter weather caused a stoppage. When spring came I had to call and e-mail repeatedly to get them to finish the job. Very happy with quality, unhappy with final experience, still not done after a year.

They were great.  Steady work, on schedule, good workers, willing to make adjustments.  I got a recommendation form a couple of friends that used them, and I will recommend them based on my experience.  Friendly, personable, hard working company with fair prices.
