Working with this company was a very horrible and stressful experience. Several pieces of furniture were broken beyond repair. Some items went on the truck, but never made it off (stolen?). A 3-month-old storm door was broken by the movers. Everything that did arrive to the destination was a full week late. The driver called one day and said he'd arrive in about two hours, when he never showed I called back to find out he would be another two hours - putting his arrival at about 8:30 at NIGHT. I have called Sterling and they won't return any of my calls. I have called North American and they blame it all on Sterling and tell me to call them. Such a waste of money. Should have rented UHaul and done it ourselves.
