HVAC REPAIR

This company was amazing! I called late, about 8:30 p.m. on a weeknight (in a panic I might add, since I had company coming to stay in 2 days) and they came the very next day and fixed my A/C unit! I had gotten home after work & my basement had flooded from the old central air unit that had backed up. The man I had spoken to on the phone, as well as the technician that had come out was so curteous & understanding. I truly appreciate them coming out so quickly, when I had called every other company in the phone book & the wait was about 2 weeks since it was the dead of summer. I had water seeping into & under the sheetrock in my basement, so I was very grateful they had come out so quickly & fixed it in no time. I will be using ONLY this company to service my central air & heating units! You won't be sorry if you use them!!!

The service person showed up on time, and was very familiar with the heating system. This is the type of a heating system that uses a heat pump outside and is all electric. The fan inside my house was heavily encrusted with soot, he removed it from it's housing and took it outside and cleaned it. Also, where various hoses and wires come into the fan area there were holes left from original construction, he plugged them with some puddy or whatever.
The system pushes out a lot more air now and is far more efficient.
He also checked the pressure of the outside heatpump and deemed it good.
