They did a wonderful job. All cracks taped and sealed, ceilings repaired and very professional painting job for 3 large rooms and tall entry way.

Minimal scraping was performed, and window puttying was done by finger so it came out very rough. Service matched the price, so overall I'm not upset. Other services that provided higher quality would have cost a lot more. However, the window puttying wouldn't have taken them that much more time to do right.

This was a great experience. They are a bit expensive but they arrived when they said they would. They are very professional and very polite. A supervisor checked in both days with the painters and with me. The painters were meticulous and the paint job looks wonderful. We wiould definately use them again.

The crew was great - - - professional, neat and polite. Our major criticism stems from the fact that the contractor and we knew that one large window unit needed replacement, but the contractor forgot to get the company's carpenter alerted until the exterior painting had already begun resulting in a delay getting the window replaced, and getting the painting completed.

They were there when they said they would be and they finished ahead of schedule. The only thing that bothered me was they didn't leave any paint when I asked them to. I did talk to the manager and he arranged for some to be brought to me. The one individual that I dealt with was very professional.

I had a bad experience with them. The painter that they sent was unprofessional and left us in a mess. I contacted the owner and he came out and he tried and asked the painter to redo the areas that we had complained about. We actually ended up cleaning a lot of the mess which he reimbursed us for. Somebody else had to come out and do the woodwork. It was not a happy experience. My complaint and recommendation to the owner of that franchise was that they needed to do some quality control and come out and observe what the painters are doing. They did give a lot of rebate. They had to come and had rework.

The sales rep was good, but the quality of the actual work was amateurish. They painted debris (leaves) into the trim, they got paint all over the glass, they dripped paint on our granite countertops, they applied paint unevenly to surfaces, they left large drips on the casings. These folks were not professional quality painters.

They insisted on starting a week before I was ready for them--the carpenter hadn't finished repairs yet. They let paint chips blow everywhere, including the street. They broke the one original shutter on the house by scraping and powerwashing too hard. They broke my fence and still deny doing it. They left the two rakes I loaned them outside in the elements instead of leaving them on my porch for me to put away. They broke several stems off of my blooming Hydrangea. The contact person refused to call me despite repeated messages left for him to do so--responding with e-mails instead. They never finished the power wash and expect me to allow them to keep the money I deposited for the job.
