They did a good job but there was a lot of problems getting there. The biggest thing was we were given bathroom measurements for our vanity. When it came in, he decided that it needed to be half that side. He took the vanity and never reimbursed us for it (the kitchen and bath store would not take it back). They installed doors opening the wrong way, put light switches on the wall behind the door so they you would have to close yourself in the bathroom in order to turn the lights on and off. Just common sense stuff.

They helped us understand the GAF warrantee to ensure we achieved the 10 year labor warrantee while minimizing cost. Provided various quotes based on the different products we considered. Once we made our decision, we provided a deposit and the materials were delivered the next day. We agreed when the job would be completed and he arrived as planned. His crew prepared the area, then he called with concern over the chance of showers, so we postponed to the next day, which was the right choice since it rained throughout the day. The following day he arrived with a crew of eight.(we have a 40 square roof, so it is quite large). They stripped and shingled 1/2 the roof and a crew of seven showed up the next day and finished the job. Did not damage anything and left the area clean. Very happy with the entire experience and the quality of the workmanship. Final payment was provided after building inspector approved the roof. Plan to have them back to again for other work. My wife was impressed with how personable the entire crew was during her interactions. Oh, I should add that we had four roofers provide quotes including a big box store and there was a wide range in prices but LeBurn was very competitive. I would highly recommend them!

He gave us a fair price.  He completed the job in a timely manner.
