Contract included removal of brush along two rock walls, removal of this brush (in addition to brush already present - estimated to be 3 truck loads and seeding. None were performed. Along one rock wall, some brush was upended and shoved against the wall. Along other rock wall, no service at all. Seed haphazardly spread during heavy rains which has since washed away. Pile of brush remains. Attempted resolution by repeatedly explaining expectations, spray painted areas needing service, showed examples of other walls completed by the customer and even physically demonstrated what was expected. Contractor very lazy. He was not willing to perform the job expected if it entailed physical manual labor. Insisted that work could be completed from his tractor, therefore, the area looked worse after the service. Deep tractor ruts remain. Customer will have to hire another contractor to fix the mess and complete the service originally purchased.
