Great customer service. My son paid one rug at the authentic silk rug price but the appraiser told me that it's actually artificial silk. He explained to me that it's not going to be soft after cleaning because it's not real silk. The merchant in Istanbul sold my son another rug at the Persian rug price but the appraiser said its probably made in China and not authentic Persian. The rug had stain from our dog's pee. He told me that it's not going to disappear after cleaning. I agreed to go ahead anyway. They came out the way just like what he told me. At least I know that they are clean. I appreciate his honesty.

The rug was cleaned and the brightness of the colors was restored.  However, they were not able to remove some stains that were probably at least 20 years old.  They did imply with an insert that these were animal stains, but there were never any animals in the house and these stains were most likely food spills.  Howeve., they did indicate that further cleaning might cause damage to the rug.

Very nice over the phone and equally as nice in person. Paid in full at time of drop off, which was fine. The rug was done 2 days early and when we got it home and unrolled it, it was like a new rug. Clean and smells great. I would definitely use them again!

To me this was a bargain. The delivery person was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to come to the house.

They picked up 5 rugs of various sizes at my client's condo, which had just been sold. Theycleaned the rugs and then worked with me to get them delivered to a different location where I had to meet them to give them acess. They were very friendly, easy to do business with and extremely efficient. The price was right, too.

I called for a quote and was pleased that the woman on the phone carefully asked several questions about the job that needed to be done and the characteristics of my rug/pad and gave me a quote. When I dropped off the rug and pad the next day, I was pleasantly surprised that it would cost me less because the rug was not hand-made or natural fiber. This gave me the ability to pay a little more for odor removal and to have the rug be treated with Scotchguard. Even with these services, it still cost less than the original quote!I was told to call back in about a week to see if the cleaning was completed. I was delayed by a few days, but when I did call in, the work was done and I was able to immediately pick the rug and pad up. There was an employee who helped me load them both into my car (he had also helped me unload them and carried them in to the building at drop-off). Both the rug and pad were carefully wrapped in brown paper, and were easily unrolled to be placed in our dining room. When we opened them up, they both looked like new; even the tassels on the ends of the rug had been carefully arranged!

The whole process went very well. I had selected Superior Rug Cleaning based on their reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. I have since found out that they also will pick up and deliver the rugs for cleaning and repair. I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

Went to Bloomfield store without an appointment. The staff removed my carpet from my car and measured it. I'd used them before to clean and repair the same rug so they pulled up my customer information from a previous visit. They offered a bunch of additional services which I declined. You pay for the cleaning at the time you drop it off and they accept credit cards. It was ready for pick up in one week. Again, they loaded the cleaned carpet in my car. The cleaned carpet smelled like wool rather than chemicals.

We scheduled pick up of the first rug with an estimate on the repair of the second. The first came back so beautiful that we decided to have the work on the second, even though it was in terrible condition. It came back like new.
