Vets are awesome, kind, caring I would highly recommend them.

I was surprisee when the vet used the specific type of hold on my dog's neck. In all of my 50 years of woning dogs I have never encounter this and was not pleased - I kept holding my dog'd neck closer to the leash or sstretching the leash toward his neck. The vet said all was OK - and he had to do it to keep the dog steady. No other vet ever requested this nor needed it with the past 7 dogs I have owned. Rather expensive also.

Very satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

Around the end of July, beginning of Aug my daughter and I both got new kittens - we always use MacDonalds Vet Hosp for all our animals, and have been going to them for the last 30+ years.
Brought them in w/i the 1st week of having them, cause we wanted to have them checked for fleas, get their gender identified and talk about their poo being runny. Although Dr Bouchard was on vacation, Maria the Vet Tech was more then happy to have us come in and help with all our questions.
Went back in 1.5 weeks later for their 1st set of vacinnes, and to talk about how the kittens were doing in general.
Will be back in another week for their 2nd round of vacinnes.
Dr Bouchard and his staff are always helpful and willing to do what ever they can for me and my pets. They are concienous about cost and only advise what is necessary. I fully trust them with my pets.

Appointment was on time, technician and veterinarian, were caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and they answered my questions. I have an extremely high comfort level with their concern and treatment.

They are really patient with her, she is a little testy, and I adopted her. They provide really good customer service, it is top notch, they're thorough, give you any information you need, and they answer any questions you have.

I like their veterinarian and I would absolutely recommend their services to a friend or a family member. I have been using them for almost thirty years. It is tough to know about their pricing since I don't know anybody else. I have had a lot of animals and I have been using them since a long time.

In every case it went well.

We have had 3 Siamese cats over the past 30 years. All have been treated by MacD clinic and our relationship with them has been excellent. Very caring, very professional and excellent service.

Dr. Bouchard is a wonderful vet. His staff are fantastic to work with.

Went well - as usual. Have been using MacDonald's since 1972 for our various dogs and cats over the years - for both medical and for boarding ... and we have never had a bad experience in all of that time. They are very caring, conscientious and responsible.

THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF ANIMALS AND IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A VET ON STAFF IN CASE THEIR WAS ANY PROBLEMS. THEY GIVE THE ANIMALS A CHANCE TO EXERCISE AND FEED THEM WELL.
