I had a fabulous experience. I had massive damage done last year in the winter to the tune of $17,000.  I have an old home built in 1933 and I was able to find a local contractor who understood repair and renovation to an old home.  He put my house to light.  He did it efficiently and courteously.  He cleaned up after himself and made suggestion of things that needed to be looked at and did it for a very reasonable price.  I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor. He is absolutely wonderful. If he doesn’t know how to do it then he would have someone else do it and everybody he has had in this house, I have had no complaints about. I got an estimate in April and we started the work in May and we got done in October because that was how much work was needed to be done. He did some extra things I asked him to do. I plan to use him again in the spring and he is working on my mother’s house right now as we speak.
