I don't go there now. I went to the girl there for years for my haircut and I never did the spa stuff. Sometimes I'd do the nails but mostly, I had a favorite there. They were the service was always excellent with the staff at Contours. I had to change because I stopped working, I'm retired now and I was looking for someone closer with the same kind of service and things like that. I finally found one here in Summers, that's the only reason I did not go to Countours.

I've used two different hairdressers there and both were fantastic. The facility is very nice and the staff are utmost professionals. All services that I have had done there (cut, color, nails) have come out fantastic.

Contours is the place to go if you want to feel pampered. The facility is clean and well-lit and while waiting a massage therapists offers free chair massages! My hair stylist is nice, fun, and professional. She listens to what I want and makes suggestions to make my at-home styling easier. Highly recommended.

Excellent. It's a great salon and they have terrific stylists and colorists.

By far the most talented and professional salon I have been to since I lived in New York City. Extremely pleasant employees, very timely, lovely atmosphere, amazing cut and color (Heidi) and terrific coffee. What more could anyone ask for?

The office is very nice and friendly, very little waiting was involved. The tanning was quick and I was told the tan would develop over the next few hours - I went home and followed their instructions regarding showering etc.. The next day my daughter noticed I was beginning to look "orangey". Some of my fingers were white and some were more stained than tanned and I had large white areas on the side of my legs. I have had much better results with self tanning creams. I called Contours and expressed my disappointment and was offered another tanning session to compensate which I did not have time to take advantage of.

I have been going to Contours for over 20 years. I have ocassionally tried other salons, both in CT and in NYC. I always go back to Contours. They are very professional, yet easy to talk to about questions or problems. My hair always looks fabulous when I leave AND I am able to keep it that way by following their advice. Their products do just what they say they will, but there is no pressure to buy them. The only service that I felt was not up to their standards was the pedicure I got. The pedicurist didn't seem to care about what she was doing or about me as a client. I would try them again for this service, however, because they are usually very good at everything they offer. My facials were done very professionally and things were explained as we progressed. Pricing is reasonable but not inexpensive. There is no tipping the higher end stylists, so that keeps costs down.I also had a professional makeover with products sold there. The makeup artist is wonderful and she keeps track of everything she uses, so, if you decide a month later to purchase something, the record is right there. I highly recommend Contours for any beauty or skin care service

I went to Countours for a massage. Right away I was impressed with the setting and the staff was extremely friendly. The massage enviornment was relaxing and helped to make the experience enjoyable. It was probably one of the best massages I've had.

She is very creative, knowledgeable and wonderful hair stylist. The place where I go is like a day spa. They are very warm and friendly. The office is clean and pretty. It's really nice.
