chimney sweep, chimney caps, chimney repair
+ 1 moreService person sold me a chimney cap for $900. that I didn't need and never delivered it. Phone calls, emails, etc., never returned. Phone numbers on their website (http://cleancutchimney.com) are bogus, can't contact them. Now, they claim they can't find the receipt for the work. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard from them. I suggest that anyone avoid this company as they are obviously scam artists
Description of Work: Technician showed up to sweep a chimney. Found problems with the flue and sold me a chimney liner. Sold me a chase cap as well for $900. that, it turns out, I don't need. This was confirmed by 2 other chimney companies. Not only did they screw me out of $900, they never finished the work they started. I had to hire another company to complete the work.
