She was supposed to clean inside of cabinets, drawers, & appliances in Kitchen and bathroom. I moved in slowly and have had to clean stove drawer, handles on drawers and bottoms of cabinets

"Hello you brought a complaint to us almost a month later, no matter how slowly you moved if the service had been badly done like you said you would have noticed at the moment after you entered your apartment , it wouldn't take twenty days to realize that! We also don’t negotiate with threatening, you demanded parcial of the payment back in exchange of as good review. That’s is not accepted!! Will be my pleasure to work these out with you, if you had come to us after 24 hours not 20 days ! Have nice days !"

WOULD RECOMMEND! This was such a great thing to do and would highly recommend. My wife and I work long hours, have a dog, and enjoy hosting. After signing up, Celia reached out to me on my phone promptly and scheduled a time for her to come to the house to give a personalized quote for a deep clean. The results of the deep clean were amazing! From baseboards, fans, furniture, floors, showers, bathrooms, refrigerator, and everything in between was looking new and our bed was made! My wife and I came back to a perfectly professionally cleaned house that smelled so good. After the results we decided that we would continue to do this monthly. WOULD RECOMMEND

I have hired CCs Housecleaning on a permanent basis for their excellent service and respect of my home and self. I have had several cleaning services and have not seen the level of cleaning CCs has provided. They get behind the small spaces, they clean ceiling fans and on top of high furniture; as well as everywhere else. The floors are truly clean after they are washed. I am incredibly happy with CCs Housecleaning service and would recommend them to anyone who so needed the same.

I have utilized CCS for bi-weekly household cleaning service for the last two years and am very satisfied with the job they do. Normal cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, making beds and tidying up the kids bedrooms, cleaning bathrooms, and the kitchen. The house always looks and smells wonderful after they are finished. On occasion I have left a change of sheets or shower curtain out and they will make the swap for me. My mother-in-law is typically home when they come but if she is out I’ve left a key for them to let themselves in and that works out perfectly. They show up on the day they say they will and I’ve not had any issues with things being broken, missing, or things not being cleaned that should have been. I highly recommend giving them a try!
