I described the problem, they diagnosed it, arrived quickly with the right part and replaced it.

The Summary: the repair work is fine, the professional courtesy and punctuality are very bad. The details: The actual repair work went well. The problems for both dryer and ice-maker were correctly diagnosed and effectively fixed. The repair man himself was affable. However, they became less punctual with each call. On the first visit, they called me in the morning to say that, because one of their crew was out, the repair man would be late to our appointment. That delay was frustrating, no doubt; At the same time, I appreciated getting a phone call, and made the new schedule work. On the second visit, they scheduled arrival between 10 and 2. At 1:45 I called to find out when they would arrive and was told "within an hour." At 2:45 I called again, and was again told "within an hour." At 4:30 (after I had been waiting 6 and 1/2 hours) the repairman arrived. Because he needed to order a replacement part, the repair man told me they would call to schedule a follow-up visit. They did not. I called and, once again, scheduled a time between 10 and 2. I reminded them that the prior visit had well behind schedule, and asked to be given priority. They agreed. The following morning, they called at 8:15 (a phone call I missed). When I called back at 8:45, they told me that the day was fully booked, and they simply couldn't make it. I, once again, explained that the previous week had been a serious inconvenience, and that my repair needed to be a priority. They promised to "do their best" in hopes of coming that day. They did not. Instead, they came the following day: a Saturday. They repeatedly told me that they would "not charge extra" for a Saturday visit. Given the repeated inconvenience they had put me through, I thought they shouldn't charge me anything, or at least give me half-off. Instead, they thought it was enough not to charge me extra for a weekend visit that was, in fact, their fault. The first lateness was, in my view, excusable and well handled. The second was upsetting. The third was infuriating. I have now switched companies.

I think they did a very good job and I was pleased with the service. They were the only ones who called me back so I was pleased with that as well. I would recommend them to other people because they were kind, friendly, and they got the job done.

Technician arrived within one hour of the time I called. He explained everything to me. Excellent service.

THEY WERE VERY NICE MEN. THEY KNEW THAT MY HUSBAND DOES WORK AROUND THE HOUSE, SO THEY GAVE HIM SOME SUGGESTIONS ON WAYS TO SAVE MONEY. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES BEFORE. THEY CAME WITHIN AN HOUR OF ME CALLING THEM.
