 + -1 moreHe's sane and reasonable! He doesn't condescend. He treats you like you are an intelligent human being and capable of understanding what he's doing and why he's doing it. He's a very practical guy with a nice personality.
Description of Work: He has worked for me since 2005. He has done minor residential repairs. He shortened a radiator, and he has repaired my boiler. He installed toilets and repaired toilets. The last thing he did was repair my toilet. He does big jobs as well.
