AVOID LOU AND KNL PAVING, DON'T DISREGARD PAST POOR REVIEWS LIKE I DID! I hired Lou to pave my driveway. First impression was good. He did the first part of removing the driveway and laying the base. I paid the 50% and it went down hill from there. He didn't show up to pave on the scheduled date TWICE. Had zero courtesy, no phone call, no explanation or apology. He texted to reschedule a third date which I agreed too. He got offended when I called him out on his actions. He abandoned the project. Lou will push your project aside at his convenience. If your looking for a company that is honest, is courtesy and has integrity, look else where.

They took out my old driveway and installed a new one. They put in a firmer base and drainage as well. They did a good job with the service overall. So far, everything has worked out right with the drainage system installed.

Louis was very personable and professional throughout the entire project. He gave me his estimate, knowing I was getting other bids. He did not pressure me to sign with him until I was ready. He started the project early and instead of telling me he was starting early, he asked me if it was ok to start early. Even with the bad weather, Louis kept in touch with me and made me fel very confident that the job would get done once the rain stopped.
Once the job was complete, Louis made sure I was happy with the project before I paid the balance of the project.
The actual project came out excellent. The driveway came out better than I expected. The curbing made the project so much more professional looking.
I told Louis if he ever needs a recommendation, that I would be proud to give him one. I am very happy with the project and the entire process.
