Excellent machine operator. Knows what he is doing. Did an excellent job when he worked. The problem was he rarely showed up when he said he would. Could not create a schedule and stick to it. Was totally inconsiderate of others on the job and in fact held up the whole project early on for five weeks while he did another job. Did not communicate well or on a timely basis. Quit the job when criticized for laxity. In short- a good guy, well informed and knowledgeable, reasonable and fair on price, but runs on his time only which is often different than real time. Hire him if you do not care when the job gets done otherwise stay away.
