Wilson was the first person to call me after putting in my job to HomeAdvisor. He was super responsive and interested in the job (lawn service). That's where it went down hill. He told me he would come on Friday. I got a call on Friday and he asked if he could come Saturday instead. Late Saturday afternoon when he still did not arrive, I called him. He said he would come, which he did. He did an okay job and said it's because he's not ready for the season yet. He told me he'd come the next week as well. He never showed up. I guess my job wasn't big enough for him, but I would have preferred he be up front with me vs. just blowing me off. I had to go find another landscaper to cut my now very long grass. It's a shame because the reviews were good for him. I guess it depends if the job is large enough.

He said he would come and do my lawn. He made me wait a week and a half and then did not show. I needed this job done quickly. Bad business.

Wilson was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He did a wonderful job trimming our bushes, clearing out the beds and putting our landscaping in tip top shape.

Wilson called me within 5 minutes of my search for a pro on your site. He was courteous and made himself available to come to my home the next day to discuss my project in person. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the work and a start date less than a week away. His team showed up when expected and did more work than I requested for the same price (in addition to putting down mulch, they cleaned up my planting beds, trimmed some small bushes and cleaned up left-over leaves from a prior vendor's clean-up.) I would highly recommend Wilson and his team and look forward to working with them again for my fall clean-up.

Wilson was on time, and he did a fantastic job. He was very humble and grateful, and fit me in on a holiday weekend. I'm a contractor myself so I'll be sure to pass along his name and number.
