Description of Work: The service was done about July 10, 2010. The company did not get permits for the work. Installed pump in driveway and connected 3 downspouts from house to this system to divert rain water away from house and did NOT put in stop valve from pump to the drain. Pump burned out in year and a half. Company guaranteed pump for a year. The land was supposed to be terrained to slope downhill away from the house. When there are extremely heavy rains, the water comes up the gutter drain and pools and floods around the front of the house and the front entrance. |
