Ken was paid to put up and take down Christmas lights. I have called and texted at least six times and have been told almost that many times that he was coming to take the lights down. It is now almost June and they are still up. So beware. Not reliable and isnâ t honest.

At the beginning, everything was fine. He came, checked the deck and made an estimate of the work. I paid part of the work. But then, he started to make excuses. Not coming, when he was supposed to. Did some fixing that, by the end of the summer, needed to be fix again. Never finished the job and I stopped texting him, and he never texted me back.

Power washed the whole house including the deck and there was damage to my brand new deck and railings. Called him the next day and he said that it was probably his employer and was gonna come the next day to take care of it and told me not to worry about it. Never came back.

Ken's estimates are amazingly thorough and precise. He spells out all aspects of the job, making it very easy to understand. His upbeat, positive attitude is a pleasure and he really goes out of his way to do what he can for the customer - no job is too difficult or too small.
