We are long time customers of J&B Service. Work went smoothly and professionally. Their cost was high , but you get what you pay for. They do add a surcharge for credit card payments. One benefit of this company is their honesty and willingness to help the customer. On a second visit to repair a toilet, the plumber remarked that the broken part should not have failed. He suggested that I call the company who manufactured the insert. I did, and the whole unit was sent to me free of charge, That's why I always call them when I need help.

Rick did his usual tidy and highly professional job in extending heating to a room on the second floor of my house. The installation was neat and well laid out. I have used Rick for years and have always been satisfied with his work.

He was on time. Put shoe covers on so not to track dirt on rugs. Took the time to show my husband what was going on and showed him how to restart if it happened again. We also had them out in may of 2014 not sure of exact date.

Each part (add hot water tank and change pressure system) took a day to compete. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and happily put up with me watching the work over their shoulder. They minimized the impact to the home schedule on water turn off,etc. They also did a complete cleanup when they finished, including taking away all cardboard boxes, etc. We've used them repeatedly over the years for multiple projects and plumbing emergencies and have never been disappointed. Pricing has always been fair and listed in the original estimate.
