Over the past several months Greg and his crew have come to our aid several times. He has always been prompt, courteous and has gone above and beyond what was necessary. We live in an old house (1918), and every time we add or revamp something electrical, it is a challenge. Greg has always been very responsive and helpful, and always has answers to our dilemmas.
I would highly recommend Waterman Electric to anyone, and would absolutely use him again.

Greg is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his work, and respectful of a homeowner's needs. For example, with our generator project, he steered us to a smaller generator that would still meet our requirements. We also used Greg to do the electrical work when our basement was renovated, and he did an outstanding job.

Greg and team are total professionals. Very experienced, helpful and punctual. I was in a real bind after a fire destroyed a good part of my home. I had an electrician lined up to do the work for months in advance but he dropped out the day that he was supposed to start. I called Greg and he was able to get to my most pressing needs right away. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions where appropriate. I highly recommend Waterman Electric.

Greg Waterman was very prompt about returning calls and arrived at my house precisely when he said he would. He remembered everything that I had told him needed to be done and recapped the list upon arrival. He introduced me to the other electricians who would be working on the job. He later called me at work to let me know what the progress was. Some items had to wait until other contractors did their part of the project. When he stopped by on Saturday to check on the status, he saw that the other contractors were gettting to a point where they would need him to finish up some of the electric work so that they could continue with their work. So, although he had not planned on doing work at my house that day, he jumped right in and did his part so that the others were not delayed. I had another issue come up last week and I put a call into him. Mr. Waterman returned my call that day while he was on vacation in Florida!! I can not overstate how pleased I am with his service and professionalism and what I consider to be going above and beyond normal expectations. I will be using Waterman Electric for other projects soon.

The owner of the company Greg Waterman, personally oversees every project. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and requires all his employees to do the same. They are punctual, polite, honest and take a lot of pride in their work. I am always confident that they will do a great job. i have recommended Waterman Electric to at least 10 other people over the years and they have all has had a similar experience. Greg returns phone calls, delivers exactly what he promises and ensures you are satisfied before he leaves the job. Greg is very knowledgeable and is always available to address even the smallest problems. When he worked on our renovation and addition the general contractor liked him so much he started using him as his preferred electrician on future jobs.
