excavators, septic tank
 + 0 moreWhen we showered that morning our toilet was blub blubbing. We called Frank Falls to take a look at the septic, he arrived promptly. Our septic tank is in the front yard, he dug it up carefully and pumped the tank. He attempted to snake out the blockage but the snake would only go in about a foot before it hit something hard. He was kind enough to recommend Arco-rooter to finish the job stating that they are much less expensive than the mainstream competitor. (Which they are!) He left the ground open for them so they could come and finish up which they did one hour later. His wife handles all of the scheduling and she was really easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing septic work.
Description of Work: Pumped septic and helped troubleshoot a blockage.
