 + -1 moreChris treated the infestation from the outside first, and it worked about 80%, but there were still a few yellow jackets showing up inside the house. He came back and drilled four small holes in the wall, treated it again from there, and the yellow jackets were then fully eradicated. He didn't charge us for the second visit because he said that it was part of making sure the job was done. We can't even tell where he drilled the holes because he did such a great job of spackling. He also cleans up the work site 100%, is always punctual, and a very nice guy. This was our second time using his business and if we ever need help with bugs again (hopefully not!) we'll always go with Chris at Effective Pest Management.
