 + 0 morePoorly, since I timed all of this around getting there from San Diego, CA to Bethel, CT. Started out well, Jill was helpful with decorating ideas, the fabrics seem to be quality and she had many choices. Things went down hill when drapes were hung wrong and had to be moved so damage was done to the new walls, lost one Roman shade and one was made wrong. Custom rods I ordered were not all in. Installer's helper did not want to be there. Scraped kitchen wall. Installer had to leave by a certain time and was in a great hurry. The bedroom drape had wrong lining. When I complained about all of the problems I only got how good they usually they are, not you are right, we've messed up and will discount your balance since you did not get the service and quality you paid for. She did take about $100.00 off and admitted to a $600.00 accounting error to my benefit. The $600.00 error was included in my $13,000.00 plus original bill, so I got about a $100.00 break for all of my aggravation.
Description of Work: Came out to new condo for estimate. Met with me to choose drapes for all windows in a 2800 square foot condo. These were all custom made and I was told they would be ready in two months. Sent installer around the proper date however errors were made and job was not completed until two months later. Job is now complete.
