CJ's Plumbing & Heating Services LLC

Called CJ's on a Wednesday, left a brief voicemail, and they called back within an hour (very nice).  They offered to come on Thursday, but scheduled them for Friday morning due to my schedule.  The plumber (forgot his name) showed up on time, told me what he would be doing, and promptly got to work.  
He covered up the ground where he had to cut through some dry wall and cleaned up everything when he left.  Made some other general recommendations with regards to the plumbing and heating system.  Don't know a lot about plumbing, but his work looks solid and the parts he replaced were of higher quality than the previous ones.  
Would hire them again.

Excellent.  Could not have asked for better service from making the initial phone call to the job being finished 7 hours later.

Super friendly and helpful.  Listened to all my concerns.  Pointed out what should be done and how to avoid bigger costs.  Quickly fixed 2 issues and gave thoughtful feedback regarding potential job.  These guys are no looking to create work or waste your money!

At the time Chris from CJ's Plumbing came to our home last spring, we were about to begin an interior renovation/upgrade. He came twice, arrived on time both times, was generous with his time, gave us some good advice and made good recommendations. He and his wife/partner were immediately responsive on the telephone and via email. We were not able to go forward at that time due to some EXTERIOR issues that needed to be addressed/fixed/paid for, but hope to start interior projects in the next few weeks. At that time we will definitely go forward with CJ's Plumbing and Heating Services.

I have used CJ twice to hunt down bathroom leaks and fix them.  I have been happy with the results.

Chris and his assistant arrived on time and as scheduled.  They keep a huge and varied inventory of plumbing parts and materials stocked in their two trucks. Fantastic workmanship (I am a picky individual when it comes to quality of work, 80% of contractors do not meet my standards, C J's Plumbing did with flying colors).
We called them back for a minor leak. They responded immediately. Sent a Tech within 2 hours and he fixed it. So far, so good. 
We highly recommend CJ's for any plumbing work. They can handle any size job.

Excellent!  From the first phone call to set up the appointment until the final inspection, we received first rate attention and service.  Chris is extremely professional and efficient.  They helped plan a new full bath with sink, macerating toilet and corner shower unit as well as plumbed an area for my washer & dryer and installed a water line to a new refrigerator in our mud room area. 

Will recommend him and use him again for future projects.

Johnny is great and always tells us exactly what the issue is before making any repairs.  He answers all our questions and makes sure we understand what is going on and how to prevent the same issues in the future.  You can usually get an appointment within a few days.  They always show up within the time range stated.  The first half hour is $120, then $60 per half hour after that per plumber.  Johnny does his best to make use of his time while he's on the clock.  The only problem I've had is that it took 2 visits and many hours to finally figure out how to clean out a clogged drain pipe.

They did a very good service.  Their price was good and competitive, less than other plumber in the area.  They were very efficient and professional.  I will use them again in the future.

They do more than just general plumbing, I have used them to install a heating system and remodel a bathroom. In terms of pricing, I think they are average, their pricing doesn't stand out. Then for punctuality, they provide a window of service time, which is pretty large and they are able to meet.

My work is going to begin again shortly and I am looking forward to calling CJ's to start again.  I have no reservations about this group!

CJ's was excellent. I plan on using them again soon for some other plumbing needs. When they left everything was cleaned up. I mentioned to him I was planning on having a dishwasher installed in my kitchen, which would be on top of several layers of flooring. He told me I would have a lot of problems and suggested I not do it. I appreciated him saving me a lot of money. I have already recommended him to others. They did well at every job I asked them to do. They were reasonably priced and did excellent work. I was very pleased with CJ's. The quality was excellent. I called on a Monday and they were here on Wednesday.

I couldn't be happier!! At a very stressful time in my life (newborn, health issues, car accident, yadda yadda) the hot water storage tank in my rental property sprung a leak. We had it drained but needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. After *weeks* of getting the run-around from the plumber who lives literally just down the street from my rental property, I finally called Chris, who I'd used before for my own home. (I hadn't called him at first because he's not that close to the rental and I figured the plumbers down the street could get it done faster.) HA! Chris's office had given me a sight-unseen estimate that was basically the same as the first guys. When I finally got the hint that the first guys would never call me back despite having been to the house for the original estimate, I called Chris to go out and take a look at the job for a real estimate. He was able to do so very quickly, despite the distance. The project was (legitimately) bigger than he was expecting, and his estimate doubled. I asked if there was a cheaper way to do it, and he did come back with a different option that was on par with the first estimate, but involved getting in an electrician and had other pros/cons. He patiently and helpfully explained the technical details of the two options and the pros/cons to me. When I was ready to pull the trigger (with the less expensive option) he was in there early the next morning and got it done in less time than estimated. He even took care of arranging for the electrician (could have been another stress-filled couple weeks for me to find one on my own). The tenants were happy and so was I. The only thing left was to get a copy of the paid invoice for my taxes. A couple days later, and before I even got the chance to ask him, one arrived from him in the mail. I've been meaning to find the time to thank him for ratcheting down my stress level at that time, but before I got the chance, he sent ME a thank you note for giving him the business! Total plumber nirvana.
