They were at my house within 1/2 hour of calling to report the problem, and fixed the door quickly and at a reasonable price. Excellent service.

Pleasant, got the job done quickly and have had no problems. I use them whenever I need garage door fixes or installs. Don't see them too often as they"re that good.

Snow had been plowed and piled up in front of one of our garage doors; and in spring, it could not be opened with the remote control.
I called Bethel Overhead Door to come to see if it had been damaged by the snow plow last winter.
They came within a day or two, and arrived within the hour time slot they'd reserved.
They showed us that it was not damaged, and that it, only, needed regular service.
Serviced both garages within 30 minutes...

Have used Bethel Doors several times including installation of automatic garage door opener, repair garage door and install new garage doors.  Each time they came within a day or so and if they were running behind, the office would call to say they were late and would be at the house at XXX time.  Each time they were extremely professional and personable and did a terrific job.  The most recent job occurred when moving into new apartment but I could not get car into the garage.  The garage door opener was installed in such a way that it did not open fully and my SUV could not clear the opening.  I called Bethel Door.  They came out the next day at the set time.  They looked at the door and we decided to remove the metal arm connecting the motor with the pulley on the door.  Although I would have to open and close the door manually, at least my car could clear the opening.  At the same time, they inspected the springs in case they needed replacing and also lubricated everything.  Price was very reasonable.  I would highly recommend them for any garage door work!

Jack was prompt, courteous, professional and he provided a quote for a good door at a fair price. We chose a different provider only because my wife preferred the  appearance of a different brand of door.

called them @ 8am 4/7/15. left message with answering service. call returned in under 2 minutes from owner (Frank). I asked for an estimate as I had one broken overhead torsion spring but wanted both replaced. gave him details and he ball-parked it @ $300, well within the $250-300 I expected (had this done in another home years ago). said he could do late afternoon today if I wanted, targeted 3-4pm. got a call around 3 pm from the office saying crew was running late would 4:30 be ok. I said it worked even better for me. 2 guys showed @ 4:15. got to work right away. the head of the crew was 26 years in the trade and he worked that way! I always love having an 'expert' perform repair work. they were done, cleaned up and lubricated the tracks in under 30 minutes. I would easily recommend them. and best yet, @ $245 he was UNDER budget!!!!

They came and looked at the job.  We made an appointment for them to do the work (new springs and other) between 12 and 2.When they hadn't arrived by 2 p.m.  I called the office and  was told they ran out of time and wouldn't be there.  Obviously they didn't want my business.  They weren't going to call and let me know?  Bad business practices.

Flaws wre pointed out to provider before contract was signed.
His workmen could not properly implement the solution he had suggested using various oversized door bottom gaskets.
The largest possible gasket was finally ordered but was very slow arriving.
The owner himself installed it but it did not seal the door to the floor as completly as possible -- 2 large triangular gaps were left..
After multiple phone calls between my daughter who lives in the home and me, 200 miles away, we determined how to best achieve the seal between the door and the sloping irregular floor. My daughter demonstrated the fix to the owner..
He did it and the installation finally reached a condition of acceptable considering the flaws in the door opening.
Door quality seems high for the price.
Our experiience and evaluation grade stem largely from the existing opening in which the new door was to be installed and the provider's ability to reasonaly and quickly overcome problems..

Called on a Friday, they were there on Monday. Adjusted door travel (lift car jammed at end on bolt). While the tech was here he adjusted and lubed the other two doors. A+

The responsiveness to the problems we had with the doors was amazing - make the call and have someone at your door within the hour ! And that was the owner, Jack, no less. He was very, very fair with the price of the service call and parts. He also fixed an ongoing issue with the other door regarding it automatically closing in the very cold weather (all good thus far!) and did an inspection of all the garage door accessories themselves. He also suggested some other precautionary work which should be done to the doors to get some more years out of them (all in cost about $100) which we gladly have him do. Very responsive, honest and reasonably priced - what more can you ask for

This is the second time I've had work done by Bethel Overhead door. Both times, they were on time and did a good job. This particular time, one of our doors would not open. I asked them to bring over a new door opener to install but when they got here, they were able to fix the one that we already have saving me about $350. They also adjusted the other door and lubricated and cleaned up both doors. Excellent experience and I will definitely call them again.

  1. We called early in the morning and were told a technician would be there at 6:00. However, he was in the area and arrived within an hour. It took about half an hour to repair and adjust doors. Service was prompt, professional and courteous, and we would definitely call on them again.

They were able to come the day after I called. Showed up right on time.
Replaced spring on one door and lubricated the other two in short order.
Offered helpful tips on how to keep the doors working properly through
the winter. Excellent service, well priced, I would highly recommend.

We called Bethel Overhead Doors because they are local. They answered the call, made an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and set to work to immediately replace the worn and broken parts. The work was performed promptly and they tested everything with us before leaving. Good job!

After we called, we got an appointment for the next morning with a firm estimate for the cost. The guy showed up on time and was very professional. He noticed several problems on both our garage doors beyond the reason we had called, and after going over the details, we agreed to have him do additional service. He ended up at our house for quite a bit longer than he had anticipated, but did not charge extra for this, and he did an excellent job. We would definitely use this company again.
