Very responsive and professional from start to finish. My shower proved slightly challenging due to high water pressure and the shower head pointed directly at seam in shower door. Doors leaked at first, and it took a few visits to get it corrected. Every time I called to say it was still leaking, they came within a day or two to figure it out, and their attitude was wonderful. I had every confidence they would do whatever it took, including make a new door for me if it had come to that, to correct the leak and make me a satisfied customer. Which I am! No leaks and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our experience was AMAZING!!! Bethel Glass was our shining light at the end of a very long tunnel. Prior to working with BG&S (Bethel Glass & Shower) we were working with another vendor who messed up our job two different times.  BG&S came to our rescue, offering advice on how to remedy the situation and also improved our previous design :) We could not be more happy with the results!!
BG&S also went out of their way to expedite the ordering of the glass and installing the products since we had been waiting for a finished master bath for several months (As a result of another vendor messing up twice).  They understood our frustration, even though it was not their fault at all.  They came, measured, ordered and installed an amazing finished product all within one month. (The other vendor took 2 months just for the first order which came in wrong).

They were great! Its a family operation, which I appreciate. Everything was handled with ease. The father took my call, then sent his son to take the measurements. They had the most fair price, but still treated me with 1st rate service! I was late, and they even waited for me to get there for installation. I was happy to see that the installer was the same man that took the measurements' with his brother. They both were very kind and professional. They even fixed a problem with another shower door (that they did NOT install). I felt safe with them in my home, and will only use them in the future. Great to know that this level of service still exists, especially at the best price.

Recommended by contractor remodeling bathroom. Estimate available online. Set appointment for measurements and gave deposit. Installed 3 weeks later. Shower door and enclosed looks excellent.

DJ, the installer arrived on time and did an excellent job.

Smooth as silk. Went to the shop. Chose the handle & the mirror bevel. Crew came to my house to measure and voila. Perfect installation!! Beautiful!

From the first phone call to the actual installation, Don and his staff are the best deal going in Connecticut!  Not only did Don come on site to personally measure, but he obviously know his trade without parallel!  He guided us every step of the way.  He gave us invaluable insight in the best way to do it.  Did not pressure or try to 'up sell'.  He gave us what we wanted at a price that we felt was very fair.  They ordered the glass enclosure.  had to wait for it to be custom made.  Three weeks later as promised, they arrived for the install.  Don has a couple of his sons that work with him, and they both couldn't have been more polite and professional in their work.  The install went amazingly well and without any trauma!  They did their work on time, on budget and flawlessly!  Please folks, whoever reads this:  These are the pros you want to have do the work!!!  101% recommend them for any bathroom or glass work and renovation project!  Thank you Don and Son's for another job meticulously executed!
