They are reliable and reasonably priced. They make appointment and they keep them promptly. They are very helpful. Actually one of their people in charge, selling the air-conditioning part of the service knew that we were without air-conditioning for a while because we had to ice blow off the roof and ruined our old one. He actually came over and he was able to re-bend something so that we could run our old unit temporarily before it being replaced. That was really nice and he did not charge anything extra for that.
