We cannot say enough good things about Scott and Kim. They did such a great job with our kitchen renovation. From from the first time we met with Scott until the end of the project, we appreciated his honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and of course his skill in cabinetry. They both made the process as smooth as possible and made sure everything was done to perfection. We could not be happier with the results. This is not cabinet refacing. I encourage you to have Ackley demonstrate their Forefront methodology. You will be impressed. They also create custom cabinets if needed. We were able to convert our peninsula to an island and have custom cabinets created as well. They can do whatever you need to create to kitchen you want. We highly recommend them. They are still as good as new.    They were as great as they were the first time.  They were very helpful, cooperative, and friendly.  I can't say anything negative about their company!  I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Greg and his son Scott initially came to our home to give us an overall understanding of the product and the process.   They delivered exactly what they promised in the time frame they promised. When the job was finished, they were genuinely concerned that we were completely satisfied with their work.  My wife told them the job was more than her highest expectations. It was time to update our 1955 kitchen. Not wanting to do a complete remodel we decided to reface the kitchen. I went to Angie's List and found Ackley Cabinets. An appointment was made and Greg and Scott came to the house. They took time in explaining the process and showed us their products.

We liked them both were impressed with their presentation and decided to hire them. We are so happy we did. Their eye for detail and precision measuring is impressive.

They were always professional, punctual and well mannered. Worked hard, cleaned up, put their equipment away at the end of each day.

Their work is impeccable and we are thrilled with the results.

We had Ackley come over and talk us through their process. We also had three other companies come over as well. One thing we liked about Ackley is that Greg and Scott were the guys that came over to talk us through the process and they were also the ones that did the actual work from start to finish. They weren't sales guys that had a separate crew come in and do the work. This was great because we didn't have to have the same conversations with a bunch of different people. They also made the process seem very simple and easy to understand. They took calls whenever we needed to ask questions or change things at the last minute. Both Greg and Scott were total pros and very easy to work with.
The process went very smoothly. When it came to the custom pieces we needed, they didn't just order them. They built them on site so they knew they'd fit perfectly. It was amazing to come home every night and see the progress. Another thing that impressed me about them is that when small speed bumps arose they didn't cut corners and do quick fixes. They did it the right way and made everything perfect. Their attention to detail and their finish work is unbelievable. 
Another thing that stood out about them is that they used all wood. That might sound stupid, but not all companies do. There were a lot of places that used molded products that looked really cheap.
The kitchen is now finished and it looks amazing. People that have come over have been shocked by the transformation. Ackley cabinets gave us the kitchen we always hoped we could have.
I you are thinking about refacing your cabinets you should talk to a few different companies. But, make sure one of the people you call is Ackley. You won't be disappointed.
The only thing that upset me about these guys is that they don't do bathrooms.

Greg & Scott were extremely professional, hard-working, & a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, design & pride in their work is unmatched. I finally have my dream kitchen - in a little over 3 weeks!

Greg and Scott (father and son) were very professional  and conscientious.  Their work was excellent.  Greg is  true craftsman.

Delighted with the outcome - the kitchen is unrecognizable.  A tired and beaten up dark cherry kitchen was transformed into a stunning soft white one, with high end touches everywhere.
After the initial evening consultation when we talked about general ideas and signed up, they came back once (evening again) to talk through detailed options, and then again during the day for 5 hours to measure everything.  Build of new cabinets and panelling took six weeks, and the tear down and installation started on schedule.  Start to end the build took 12 working days, which took us into a third week, difficult with two young children in the house, but not a surprise - in fact it took exactly what was originally estimated.
Greg and Scott were utterly professional the whole time, they answered every question we had, and ran us through the pros and cons of all the different options.  Note that they are just cabinet guys, and you will need to contract plumber, electrician, painter/plasterer separately; but they were very helpful in advising on this. 
Can't stress enough how happy we are with the end result, we love it, and our neighbors have just signed up with them too having seen what they did with our kitchen.

I am so happy I did it! He is phenomenal! He's honest, professional, and does the best quality work. He's the best of the best. He shows up every day on time, and sticks to his schedule. He might be a little more expensive, but it's like getting new cabinets without the price of new cabinets. My kitchen is now the nicest room in my home. He provides you with many options for your project. His follow up is great, too, if you need a touch up or anything at all. It can be years later and he will come back and do the work for you. He brings a lot to the table and knows a lot of other contractors that he can recommend to you. He's the best decision I've ever made.

Very professional, trustworthy, detailed and meticulous.  Greg and Scott did an excellent job and I never lost total use of the kitchen in the process.  Everything was put away at the end of their work day so that I could use my kitchen in the process.  My kitchen looks brand new and custom,.  They even built me a new pantry cabinet.  The inserts alone gave me so much additional space and organization.  It was worth every penny, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent- they started when promised and finished pretty much to the day that was anticipated. Great attention to detail- and they were very willing to talk out all of my ideas and concerns so we could make it work best for my room and budget. Overall, they were the best contractors I have ever had in my home. I had done a lot of homework on this project and Ackley Cabinet made it all come together. I was able to save my existing back-splash and floor- could have saved my counter-top too, but I wanted a change. I would highly recommend them!

Went perfectly - still getting the counter top finish right, but Greg has been responsive and caring. We asked him over for an estimate in October and went against our usual multiple estimates philosophy because we were so impressed in that first visit with his approach, authenticity, trustworthiness, and obvious sense of quality. His son, Scott, works with him and they're a great team.

Excellent. I am so glad we chose a refacing with Greg instead of a full remodel. It was much much cheaper than the full remodel estimates, and Greg's work is so precise that it really is like having a new kitchen. Greg does exactly what he says he will -- and he does it in the timeframe he promises. He didn't miss a single detail. He even fixed a few things along the way that we didn't plan. Also, we have two young kids in the house, and Greg was very accommodating with them, he cleaned up EVERY night before he left (he never once left a mess) and he made sure we had access to our kitchen nearly every night.
